I have a keen eye for finding errors, whether in print or online, and I want to help make your writing error free. Many people stop reading websites or documents when they see spelling or grammar mistakes. Along with blocking true understanding, writing errors reflect badly on the person who wrote them, and possibly their employer.

Let me professionally proofread or edit your document, web page, book, or resume. I will work quickly to make sure the item you want checked is free of errors and easy to read in U.S. English. With decades of proofreading and editing experience, I take pride in delivering quality documents on time, if not early.

I will show suggested changes and corrections via Microsoft Word’s Track Changes and Comments. Upon project completion, you will receive two Microsoft Word documents:

  1. The first document will show the changes made and any comments.
  2. The second document will be the clean, final edition.

  • I will read your entire document word for word; I never outsource.
  • Your document will be delivered back to you on time or ahead of schedule.

How to Order:

  1. Email your document to wordsmattercomm@gmail.com as an attached Microsoft Word document.
  2. Tell me how quickly you need your document reviewed.
  3. If your document isn’t in Microsoft Word, please tell me what program it is in and I will see if I can accommodate it or transfer your writing into Microsoft Word. If not, I may not be able to show any changes.
  4. I will get back to you via email with a quote on price and delivery. Once you agree via email, and I get your PayPal information, I will start working on your project.

Other Important Information:

  • If your writing is 20,000 words or longer, a minimum $100 deposit amount will be required; if more than 50,000 words, a $250 minimum deposit is required.
  • Items longer than 10,000 words will generally require a longer turnaround time.
  • If English is your second language, I recommend you contact me before ordering and attach your document so I can do a quick review.
  • I do not edit academic papers, technical papers, or erotica.
  • I also offer creative writing services, retyping of forms or documents, and a few design services.
